I have worked with you before to do the following. It was a great job. I have turned part of it to the instructor as a first draft (See the attachment Ali-mounsvillgas). There are some comments, please look at them . Also, the instructor asked to be more specific. To find something in WEST VIRGINIA from the link below. He said that the proposal mostly rhetoric instead of substance. I have also attached the file that you did.

To clarify things. I’m going to submit the whole paper as a second draft, but I need you to change things based on his comments

A description of the importance of the project and its impact on the environment;6.) A statement of your specific interests or qualifications for leading this assessment
Your proposals identify an EA or EIS for local or regional projects, and explain how your team would review that.Examples of suitable projects include assessments of the environmental impacts of:1.) Solar, Wind, Geothermal, biofuels, coal or gas power plants, or other energy facilities.2.) Surface or deep mines, gas wells, pipelines, or other facilities requiring a DEP permit.3.) operations of the entire facility. The use of this source of energy may be cheap, and this is what
the firm may use. It is because the heat and rotational energy that comes from combusting

Despite all these alternatives, using solar panels may be efficient and also environmentally

capitalized to minimize the impact the facility has on the environment. Adopting a conducive
method would also be in line with West Virginia’s call for the use of renewable energy sources
in the state. Therefore, the main impact would be the use of effective energy to facilitate the
operations of the facility.
Resources available
West Virginia as the right resources to put up a solar panel facility for the operations of the
firms. It is crucial to note that the state provides companies with subsidized products so that they
can setup environment-friendly sources of energy. Therefore, the company can access cheap
solar panels and subsidized licenses to install and operate the solar energy plant. Having such
resources means that the facility will spend less when connecting the natural gas facility with the
solar energy plant. With the facility expecting to operate throughout the day, the energy will help
preserve the environment since it will be the cleanest source of energy available.
The assessment process will take one month. Through that period, environmental experts and
engineers will identify ways in which solar energy can help in the operations of the natural gas
extraction facility. During that time, the positive and negative side of using the natural gas
facility will be addressed. Also, the accessibility of the solar panels and other required materials

since it will help to solve and improve the lives of residents of West Virginia. The project would
