Women In History Project
After selecting a woman from the attached list, prepare a Google Slides presentation in
order to share interesting information about her with the class.
Prezi must include:
Date of birth and death
Why is she a significant historical figure?
Place of origin or residence
What about her inspires you the most?
A biography (3 slide minimum) At least one photo
3 interesting facts about her life
You must turn in a typed works cited page with your project. You may include a
works cited page as part of your presentation OR you may create a works cited as a
separate document and attach it to your submission by 11:59pm on the day your
project is due. Use your own words in your presentation! If you use a direct
quotation, mark it as such and cite using in-text parenthetical citations. You MUST
use at least 4 sources – 1 primary source and 3 secondary sources**. Only use
appropriate sources. If you use the internet for research, you may only use websites
listed below! Please also consider using books and scholarly journal articles.
