Question Description
I’m working on a mathematics discussion question and need guidance to help me learn.
1. when distributions are skewed a researcher will eliminate some of the data to allow for a more normal distribution. However, there are many problems with doing this, the most obvious being that you are no longer analyze the population you started out with. What are some other problems you can see with doing this? Is there ever an appropriate time to delete some data causing a skewed distribution?
2. How will you use measures of central tendency in your dissertation research or professional practice?
