These great political episodes can be described as conservative revolutions. a.  Briefly explain in your own words what our authors mean by “conservative revolution.”b.  Briefly explain in your own words ONE way in which Abraham Lincoln’s efforts to steer American democracy through the crisis over slavery in the 1850s and 1860s result in a shift in understanding of individual rights or the meaning of democracy and equality.c.  Briefly explain in your own words how Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s response to the Great Depression result in a shift in understanding of the proper role of government.
